The Magnet from Liverpool

The magnet from Liverpool is absolutely striking. The golden magnet is painted with red enamel and is the emblem of the Liverpool Football Club. The detail on the magnet is simply stunning.

At the centre of the emblem and the magnet is the liver bird, a mythical creature which is the symbol of Liverpool. It is normally represented as a cormorant, and appears as such on the city’s arms. Just beneath that, “EST – 1892” is imprinted and obviously states the year of establishment of the football club.
